Terms of service

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers with Dalena Concept SL (hereinafter “we”) via the online shop www.dalenahome.com.

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract

  1. The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
  2. By clicking the order button in the final step of the checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. Before doing so, you can check and correct your details at any time.
  3. The contract is concluded as soon as we send you the order confirmation by email.
  4. The contract languages are German, Spanish, French, Italian and English. We store the contract text; you will receive the order details with the order confirmation by email.

§ 3 Prices and shipping costs

  1. All prices are final prices in euros and include the statutory VAT of the country of delivery.
  2. Shipping costs for jars, containers, boxes and sets: €4.95 per order; for orders with a goods value of €59 or more, shipping is free.
  3. Shipping costs for replacement lids: €7.00 per order.
  4. Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart and at checkout before the order is completed.

§ 4 Delivery

  1. We deliver to Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Poland and the Czech Republic.
  2. We ship jars, containers, boxes and sets via our logistics partner Amazon from warehouses in the EU. We ship replacement lids ourselves from Spain. Orders containing both types of goods may arrive in separate parcels.
  3. Delivery time: usually 2 to 4 business days after ordering (standard shipping). We dispatch replacement lids within 2 business days; delivery takes a few days longer depending on the country.

§ 5 Payment

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Bizum, Bancontact and Satispay. The payment methods displayed depend on your country.

§ 6 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the cancellation policy. You can also withdraw via the Withdraw from contract page.

§ 8 Warranty

  1. The statutory warranty rights apply. Under Spanish law, the warranty period for new goods is three years from delivery.
  2. Please report obvious transport damage to hello@dalenahome.com as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

§ 9 Applicable law

Spanish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
