Shipping policy
Delivery countries: Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic.
Shipping costs:
- Jars, containers, boxes and sets: €4.95 per order, free from €59
- Replacement lids: €7.00 per order
Shipping: Jars, containers, boxes and sets are shipped via our logistics partner Amazon from warehouses in the EU; we ship replacement lids ourselves from Spain. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.
Delivery time: usually 2 to 4 business days after ordering (standard shipping). We dispatch replacement lids within 2 business days; delivery takes a few days longer depending on the country.
Payment methods: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Bizum (Spain), Bancontact (Belgium), Satispay. All prices include VAT.
Returns: Withdraw within 14 days of receipt via Withdraw from contract or by email to hello@dalenahome.com. We will then send you the information on how to return the goods. You bear the cost of the return.
