Products and prices

Through this website we sell replacement lids for Dalena Home glass containers. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.

Order and payment

Your order is a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. Payment is taken at checkout via Squarespace Payments.

Delivery

We ship to all EU member states. Orders are dispatched within 5 working days; delivery then usually takes a further 2–7 working days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement by email to hello@dalenahome.com. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice. We use the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is earlier.

Please send the goods back to Dalena Concept S.L.U., Calle Turia 53, Bajo izquierda, 46008 Valencia, Spain, within 14 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

All products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity of three years under Spanish law.
